Waitlist privacy policy

Veda Flow is a product of Veda AI LTD. This notice explains how we use your information when you join the launch waitlist.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address, signup time, which signup form you used, and a record of the consent statement you saw. We use this information to confirm your place and send Veda Flow launch news and access invitations. Our lawful basis for these emails is your consent.
We also store your subscription status and email delivery information so we can honour unsubscribe requests and reliably deliver the messages you requested. To prevent abuse, we use a protected digest of your network address for rate limiting, retained for up to 24 hours. We do not add email addresses to analytics or routine application logs.
Who processes your information
We use Supabase for secure storage, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel to host this website. These providers process information on our behalf. Where processing involves international transfers, we rely on the safeguards in our providers’ data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep subscribed waitlist records while we operate the launch waitlist. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending waitlist updates and retain a limited suppression and consent record to respect that choice. You can ask us to delete your information.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in your confirmation or future waitlist emails. Unsubscribing does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information by emailing hello@vedaai.co.uk.
