Four things are true of every Veda Flow workspace, on every device, from the first sign-in.
Passwordless sign-in
You sign in with a one-time passcode sent to your email — no password to create, reuse or leak. Codes are generated and verified by the authentication platform and never stored by Veda Flow, and every sign-in email is branded so you can recognise a genuine one.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between you and Veda Flow is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS — every page, every device, every time.
Isolated at the database level
Every workspace is isolated by row-level-security tenancy: your data is scoped to your account's membership, and that rule is enforced in the database itself — not just in application code. Sign in from any device and you see your own workspace, and only your own.
Stored with Supabase
Your map and your answers live in managed Postgres, hosted with Supabase.

Veda Flow contains no employee surveillance of any kind. That isn't a settings toggle you have to find — it's how the product is built, and your team can be told so before the first question is answered.

Veda Flow is operated by Veda AI LTD, a UK company. The same team answers the same address — there is no support queue to disappear into.

A real posture, plainly stated.
Veda Flow is an early-access product. Everything on this page is real and in place today — and the product is young, so we won’t pretend otherwise. We haven’t yet pursued formal security certifications, and rather than imply them with vague language, we say so plainly. The posture will keep maturing as the product does, and this page will change with it.
The commercial side works the same way: no card is required to start, Founder Access is invoiced monthly, and we contact you before anything is invoiced. If you have a question this page doesn’t answer, email hello@vedaai.co.uk and a human will answer it.
What owners ask about security
- How do I sign in to Veda Flow?
- With a one-time passcode sent to your email — fully passwordless. Codes are generated and verified by the authentication platform and are never stored by Veda Flow, and sign-in emails are branded so you can recognise a genuine one.
- Is my business data used to train AI models?
- No. Your answers and your operating map are never used to train AI models. The AI layer only drafts suggestions from what you share in discovery — with visible evidence, confidence and assumptions — and a human confirms everything before it becomes part of the map.
- Can anyone outside my business see my workspace?
- No. Every workspace is isolated by database-level row-level security: your data is scoped to your account's membership and the rule is enforced in the database itself, not just in application code. You can access your own workspace from any device — and only your own.
- Does Veda Flow monitor my employees?
- No — there is no employee surveillance of any kind: no screen recording, no keystroke logging, no time tracking, no monitoring. The map is built only from what you and your team choose to share, and deletion of your data is available on request via hello@vedaai.co.uk.
