Use it yourself. Or use it with Veda.
Veda Flow is a self-serve product — and the foundation of Veda AI’s Business Efficiency Audit. Same map either way: explore it at your own pace, or have experienced eyes work it with you.
Self-serve needs no card to start. The audit is optional — the map stands on its own.
The instrument. The diagnostic. The implementation.
Veda Flow, the Business Efficiency Audit and Veda Software are three parts of one idea: understand how work really flows before you change anything.
Veda Flow — the instrument
The self-serve operating map. A guided interview turns what you and your team already know into a validated picture of how work actually gets done — people, systems, handovers and evidence. AI suggests; humans confirm.
The Business Efficiency Audit — the diagnostic
Veda AI's done-with-you service, built on the map. Experienced eyes run discovery alongside you, pressure-test what the map shows, and turn it into a prioritised, honest view of what to fix first — evidence-backed, not opinion-based.
Veda Software — the implementation
Where the validated map justifies building or changing something, Veda Software delivers it. The map is the brief: it shows what's worth implementing, in what order — and which steps should simply stay human.
Steps two and three are optional. The instrument stands on its own.
Honest guidance, not a funnel.
There's no wrong door. Pick the pace that suits how you like to work.
Self-serve — at your own pace
Choose this if you want to explore on your own terms. Run the guided discovery when it suits you, watch the map build session by session, and confirm steps with your team as you go. Start free; upgrade to Founder Access when the map earns it.
With Veda — done with you
Choose this if you’d rather have experienced eyes on the business from the first session — Veda AI running discovery with you, questioning the picture, and turning the validated map into a prioritised plan of what to fix first. How the audit relationship works is covered below.
Either way, the map is yours.
It’s built from your team’s own words and belongs to your business — whether Veda ever joins it or not.
Veda AI is the operating company.
Veda Flow is built and run by Veda AI, a UK technology consultancy for growing SMEs. The Business Efficiency Audit is its established diagnostic service — and Veda Flow is the foundation that audit is built on.
Want the done-with-you route?
The audit is delivered by Veda AI, arranged on its own site rather than inside this product. If you’d like experienced eyes on the map from day one, that’s the way in — and everything the audit finds stays on a map you keep.
How the pieces fit together
- Do I need the audit to use Veda Flow?
- No. Veda Flow is a self-serve product in its own right — Free Start is £0 with no card required, and the guided discovery, operating map and validation all work without Veda involved. The audit is an optional done-with-you route, never a prerequisite.
- Does the audit replace Veda Flow?
- No — it builds on it. The Business Efficiency Audit uses the Veda Flow operating map as its working foundation: the same discovery, evidence and validation, with Veda AI working the map alongside you. The map remains yours throughout and afterwards.
- Who delivers the audit?
- Veda AI — the UK technology consultancy that builds and runs Veda Flow. The audit is its established diagnostic service and is arranged on vedaai.co.uk, not inside the product.
- What happens after the audit?
- The validated map shows what's worth improving and in what order. Some of it you'll handle yourselves; where the map justifies building or changing systems, Veda Software can implement against it. Nothing is proposed that the map doesn't support.
Start the map yourself — or start it with Veda.
Either way, the first session ends with your business on the map.
